1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Dobson Ranch Golf Club. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at dobsonranchgolfclub.com and all associated services, including online tee time booking, driving range bay reservations, event registration, newsletter subscriptions, and food and beverage ordering (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make reservations, purchases, or enter into agreements through our Services. Minors under the age of 18 may use the golf course and driving range facilities only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Reservations and Bookings

3.1 Tee Time Reservations

Tee times may be booked through our website or by calling the pro shop. All tee time reservations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify tee time availability, pricing, and scheduling at any time.

3.2 Driving Range Reservations

Driving range bay reservations are subject to availability and may be booked online or on-site. Reserved bays not claimed within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time may be released to other guests without refund.

3.3 Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled reservation time to avoid a cancellation fee. No-shows or late cancellations may be charged a fee equal to the full reservation amount. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future booking privileges.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and fees will be added at the time of purchase or checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during the booking process. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method.

5. Course Rules and Conduct

All guests are expected to adhere to the following rules while on Dobson Ranch Golf Club property:

• Follow all posted signs, safety guidelines, and directions from staff.
• Maintain appropriate pace of play. Groups that fall more than one hole behind the group ahead may be asked to allow faster groups to play through.
• Repair divots, fix ball marks on greens, and rake bunkers after use.
• Golf carts must remain on designated cart paths where indicated and operated by licensed drivers only.
• No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted on the premises. Food and beverages are available for purchase at our on-site restaurant and bar.
• Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior toward staff, guests, or property will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.
• Proper golf attire is appreciated but not strictly enforced. We welcome all skill levels and encourage a relaxed, inclusive atmosphere.

6. Events and Tournaments

Registration for events, tournaments, and leagues is subject to availability and specific event terms. Event registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Dobson Ranch Golf Club. In the event of cancellation due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide a credit toward a future event at our discretion.

7. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Golf and related recreational activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to the risk of being struck by a golf ball or club, injuries from uneven terrain, exposure to weather conditions, and injuries related to golf cart operation. By using our facilities and Services, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in golf and recreational activities at Dobson Ranch Golf Club.

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Dobson Ranch Golf Club, its owners, operators, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising out of or in connection with your use of our facilities or Services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, video, and software, is the property of Dobson Ranch Golf Club or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.

The Dobson Ranch Golf Club name, logo, and all related names, logos, and slogans are trademarks of Dobson Ranch Golf Club. Use of these marks without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

9. User Accounts

Certain features of our Services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if we suspect violations of these Terms.

We strive to keep our website and online booking system available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtime, technical issues, or service interruptions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without prior notice.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or available without interruption.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dobson Ranch Golf Club and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

16. Severability
